Elkhart District Court is the Twenty-Sixth District Court of Morton County in the judicial district court system of Kansas.
ABOUT THE AREA
North of Elkhart you will come upon the Cimarron National Grasslands which is the largest parcel of public land in the state of Kansas covering over 108,000 acres of land. Some of things visitors to this area usually enjoy are bird watching, scenic driving, hunting, picnicking, camping and fishing. The city is located in the far Southwest corner of Kansas and another geographic point of signicance in this area is the Tri-State Marker located about 8 miles west of town where Kansas, Colorado and Oklahoma meet marked with a wind mill showing the three states.
