Johnson City District Court is the Twenty-Sixth District Court of Stanton County in the judicial district court system of Kansas.

ABOUT THE AREA

The town is surrounded by flat prairies and huge fields so that the trees which abound here are a welcome relief. This town at its founding was called Veteran but was subsequently moved 7 miles and renamed Johnson. The Cimarron Valley railroad serves the town. There are just a few stores including an old time soda fountain, a hospital, a motel, a couple of restaurants and a couple of banks in town and the Stanton County airport is to the Northeast of town.
