SR 224 comes into Humboldt from the East and ends at the Northern end but also meets US 169 to the East of town.
ABOUT THE AREA
The city of Humboldt has plenty of parks for a small town. Camp Hunter has sites for recreational vehicles with electrical hookups, playground equipment, a picnic shelter and cabin and best of all bathrooms with showers. Then there there is Cannon park, with tennis, horseshoes and basketball; Centennial park with a swimming pool; City Square with a beautiful bandstand for the summer concerts; River park with a fishing dock and Sweatt park with its complex for youth baseball.
