Town of Pembroke includes 4 major highways: Routes 5, 33, 77 and the NYS Thruway. Exit 48A opens the town to I-90. Close to Rochester and Buffalo. Home of the Brick House Corners Fair. Village of Corfu is contained within the town borders (south of the Thruway).
