ABOUT THE AREA
Magnolia borough has nearly 4400 residents. Albertson Memorial Park, located right across the street from the courthouse at Evesham Road and Albertson Avenue was bequeathed to the borough by John Albertson. It is believed that the antecedents of John Albertson were among the first settlers. The Magnolia Historical Train Station Museum is worth a visit upon visit to the Courthouse. The Historical Society realizes the value of the illustrious past and its importance to coming generations. Albertson Memorial Park is near the court, and there is a shopping center just to the east of Route 30.
