Clay Circuit Court is the Fourteenth Circuit Court of Clay County in the Judicial Circuit Court system of West Virginia.
ABOUT THE AREA
The city and the county are both named are named for Henry Clay, American statesman and Whig Party leader. Clay considers itself to be the the birthplace of the golden delicious apple and as a result holds an annual four day festival in the third week of September to celebrate this fact. This event has everything a festival should have, a Queen competition, an antique car show, golf tournament, motorcycle show, a bake off, pageants , a motorcycle show, a quilt show, vendors and a parade.
