ABOUT THE AREA
Take the kids to see the large collection of exotic and native animals at the West Virginia zoo at Hovatter's Wildlife zoo. There are just too many different animals to mention but a few of them are Grizzly bears, African lions, White and Orange Bengal tigers, Russian Wild boar, Spotted and Black leopards, African Pygmy goats, Olive baboons and various reptiles. The zoo is not open in the Winter months and there is a nominal fee to get in.
