Summersville Magistrate Court is the Magistrate court of Nicholas county.

With over 28,000 acres of water and 60 miles of shoreline, Summersville Lake is West Virginia's largest lake. Besides being a great place to cool off in the Summer and enjoy the beautiful scenery, this location is cram full of space for various activities.
