US 52 coming into Delbarton from the West meets SR 65, coming in from the North, before turning South.

The annual five day Delbarton Homecoming is celebrated at the end of August. There are many activities to enjoy during this festival. For your viewing and listening enjoyment they have a pet show, beauty pageant at the Delbarton Opry House, talent show, car show, quilting show, parade and the Blue Grass sing. There are also any number of activities you can take part in such as the free Brown Bean & Corn Bread dinner, Block Party , browsing at the arts & crafts and food vendors booths, kids fishing tournament, fish fry, community feast and the movie night for kids. Throughout the year there are live Country Blue Grass music presentations every Saturday evening at the Delbarton Opry House. The Opry House is the result of two or three men getting together for “jam sessions” at City Hall which attracted larger and larger crowds. A grant from the state of West Virginia provided the funds for the construction of a building now called the Delbarton Opry House and the formation of the Delbarton Music Company a non-profit group.
