ABOUT THE AREA
The Linden Square Project consists of a publicly and privately sponsored project which has an office building, outdoor pavilion and ice skating rink. Each Summer, an anxiously awaited event is Gladstone Theatre in the Park at the Gladstone Amphitheatre in Oak Grove Park. The performances feature several productions each season. There are theatrical productions and musical presentations each season. Gladstone Municipal Pool in Central park is the place to cool off in the Summer. Happy Rock park covers close to 80 acres and has batting cages, lighted ball fields, soccer fields, lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, playgrounds and a fitness trail that circles the park. There are also two shelters each furnished with picnic tables.
