O'Fallon has a major East/West route IS 70 running through it and meeting SR K. SR 79 runs in the Eastern part of town and SR P can be found in the North.

O'Fallon which was established around 1856 has a population of just under 80,000 making it one of the largest cities in Missouri. You might want to plan your visit to this city to be able to attend the Fall Fest in October, Founders' Day in May, Heritage & Freedom Fest in July or the Jammin’ Outdoor Summer concert series Tuesdays at the Civic Park bandstand. The Alligator's Creek Aquatic Center is a great place to cool off and have fun during the Summer with its one-meter spring diving board, relaxing lazy river and thrilling vortex. O'Fallon Historical Society’s Log Cabin museum captures the area's history in its exhibits of photographs, relics, memorabilia, rustic furniture and items from the old Wabash Railroad depot.
