With approximately 5,500 residents living in close to 8 square miles, people here are comfortably spread out. Ball fields and pavilions in this town must be reserved and rented. There are three city sponsored events each year. The annual Independence Day celebration has bouncy inflatables, live music, face painting, fireworks and a Kids Freedom parade. There is also the annual Kid's Fishing day and annual Senior Citizen Appreciation day.
