COMMENTS
The Buffalo City Court is a ten story building located in Niagara Square, adjacent to Buffalo City Hall.
Built in 1974, the court house is large building covered by thick concrete panels with limited windows
in order to "keep the courtrooms and judges' chambers from outside distraction".
