Jefferson City Circuit Court is the circuit court of Cole County in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system. Hearings for city ordinance and traffic violations in the cities of Lohman
(Sr D), Russellville (SR AA, SR C, SR U and SR V) and Wardsville (SR B, SR M and SR W) are held in this court.

Ellis Porter/Riverside park covers approximately 60 acres in which are located the Optimist Sports Complex with youth baseball and softball fields, a swimming pool, an amphitheater, a pavilion with large barbeque grills, restrooms and serving kitchen, a new playground with a steamboat and fort theme, a basketball court, three-wall handball/racquetball courts and picnic units spread throughout the park.
