Manchester road (SR 100) is the main road in Ballwin.

Ballwin might be the place to live. In 2005 and 2011, it was picked as "One of America's Best Places to Live" by Money Magazine and named as one of the 10 Best Towns for Families in the August 2012 edition of Family Circle. Ballwin's North Pointe Family Aquatic center is an amazing place for the family to spend a Summer day. This facility has a competitive pool, a “Tree Swing,” an “Aqua Climb” rock climbing wall and surrounding the complex is a Lazy River over 900 feet in length with a running waterfall and various sprays. Within the Lazy River there is a Leisure Pool with a beach entry, sprays, and a vortex as well as a Kiddie Pool with a beach entry, a large SCS play structure featuring the “Bucket Falls” bucket and a splash pad. To add to the fun there is one open-flume and one closed-flume two-story Water Slides next to the Competition pool.
