Marshfield Circuit Court is the circuit court of Webster County in the Thirtieth Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system.

Although Marshfield was first settled around 1830 it took about 25 years before the survey and plotting of the city was started. Walnut Springs farm was established in the late 1880's as the Hosmer Dairy farm. Just a few years later it was the largest butter dairy farm in the state. Two of the barns are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and are the place where you can see antique farm machinery, buggies, wagons, sleighs and other antiques. The farm purchased and used the first cream separator, the first manure spreader and the first gasoline engine in the state.
