Neosho Circuit Court is the circuit court of Newton County in the Fortieth Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system. For hearings related to the violation of city ordinances in the city of Loma Linda, the Associate division of this court acts as the municipal court of that city.

Neosho has several facilities serving the recreational needs of its residents. Civic center has an auditorium which can seat over 1,000 attendees to an event. The Lampo community building can accommodate attendees for meetings or events. Big Spring Park has a large children's wading pool, playground and gardens.
