The Clarence Historical Society building and museum holds collections of Clarence memorabilia. The Wilson Greatbatch Exhibit displays ham radio equipment with a figure of Mr. Greatbatch. There is old kitchen appliances and old fire fighting equipment displayed. Splash Pool is private membership facility in town with a swimming pool. Clarence Ball park is a recreational facility with ballfields for baseball and softball, a playground and a concession stand.
