Paragould County Court serves as the county court of Greene County.

The Greene County fair is held in Paragould each year during Labor Day week. There are many exciting and looked for events at this fair such as the Ultimate Challenge Bull riding, the Demolition derby on Friday and Saturday nights, ARLMRA Lawn Mower racing in the rodeo arena and the Youth Talent contest. In addition there are a host of livestock competitions and educational and commercial exhibits in the exhibit buildings. There is also entertainment Thursday in the B.C. Lloyd building as well as entertainment Friday and Saturday on the outside stage. While you are visiting you might want to catch a glimpse of the Farm Scene mural on the West side of the Family Living building. .
