Arkansas City Circuit Court formally known as the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court of Desha County in the Arkansas Judicial Circuit court system is located in the same building as the Arkansas City county court.
ABOUT THE AREA
Choctaw Island Wildlife Management area adjoins Arkansas City and is a great place to see wildlife and birds. Its approximately 8,000 acres of park has close to nine miles of nature trails. Deer, turkeys, squirrels, rabbits, doves and waterfowl in migrating months inhabit the park. In the park Kate Adams lake and Pothole lake and the Mississippi River chute are great places to catch bass, bream, crappie and catfish.
