Heber Springs Circuit Court serves as the Sixteenth Circuit Court of Cleburne county in the Arkansas Judicial Circuit court system. It is located in the same building as the Cleburne County court.

Of all the wacky things in this world, cardboats have to be one of them. Howevr, each year the Chamber of Commerce of Heber Springs holds the World Championship Cardboard Boat race at Sandy Beach towards the end of July. The course is 500 feet long and prizes are given such as the Captain’s award to the most creative team and boat, Pride of the Fleet award and for you sinkers the the Titanic award for the best and most dramatic sinking. There are other activities at this event. You can try the Watermelon Eating contest, the Treasure Dig and the Volleyball tournament. Only a select few should enter the Demolition derby.
