Berryville County Court is the Eastern branch of the county court of Carroll county. Look for it in the same building as the Berryville Circuit court.

The Saunders museum primarily exhibits the artifacts and firearms collected by and left to the city by Colonel Charles Burton "Buck" Saunders, who spent his boyhood years in Berryville, upon his death. In the museum you will see items such as Sitting Bull's war bonnet, an Arab Sheik's tent, Persian rugs, teakwood furniture, an immense collection of arrowheads and other items from the frontier period. A special exhibit is the collection of guns some of which were used by personages such as Jesse and Frank James, Belle Starr, Cole Younger, Cherokee Bill, Billy the Kid, Wild Bill Hickok and Buffalo Bill Cody.
