There are a large number of state district courts in Benton county. One of them is the Bethel Heights District court. US 71 Business and SR 264 meet in Bethel Heights and SR 265 runs along the Eastern border of the town.
ABOUT THE AREA
Bethel Heights City park has swings and slides for children, a pavillion with a barbeque grill, a basketball goal, a horse shoe pit at the extreme end of the park and picnic tables. Bowen park offers a walking track, swings, playground equipment and exercise equipment for those 14 years of age and older. Beaver Lake, located East of Bethel Heights on Highway 264 has plenty of room for recreational boating, fishing, swimming and picnics.
