Conway Circuit Court serves as the Twentieth Circuit Court of Faulkner county in the Arkansas Judicial Circuit court system and is located in the same building as the Conway County court.

The city of Conway maintains two sports centers, Conway Sports center and McGee center. Each of the centers has basketball courts, a walking track, racquetball courts and a Wallyball court. The grounds of the McGee center are the site of Conway Skate park and community garden.
