Granite County Court serves as the Granite county district court in the Third judicial district of Montana.

Granite county was formed around 1893 and the evidence of its growth with the mining industry can be seen in the exhibits in its museums and its ghost towns. With mining long gone the population here finds employment in ranching, education, lumber mills and even retirement amongst the beautiful scenery.
