Circle Court includes Circle Justice Court and Circle City Court, both of which are in the Seventh judicial district of Montana. The justice court handles civil and traffic violations occurring throughout the county and outside the Circle city limits; whereas the city court handles those occurring within the city of Circle. SR 13, SR 24, SR 200 and SR 253 are the major roads running through McCone county. SR 200 runs through Circle and is met by SR 467 in the southern part of town.

The annual county fair is held in this city in mid-August. In addition to the 4H exhibits of poultry, pets and livestock, there are open showmanship events in these classes and a pancake supper. The McCone County museum is a very interesting place to visit. It has almost 7,000 items that somehow relate to the history of the county. An interesting display here is the mounted birds and animals in their natural settings. In addition there are cement dinosaurs, an old school house, church and homestead house which were moved to the museum area, the old Northern Pacific Depot and an old caboose. Town & Country day held in this city in September features a parade, Fun Run, free breakfast, lunch and barbecue, Bump and Run races, an auction, the homecoming football game and a dance.
