Kalispell Justice Court is in the Eleventh judicial district of Montana an handles civiv and traffic infractions occurring in Flathead county with the exception of those occurring within the city limits of Columbia Falls, Kalispell or Whitefish. US 2, US 93, alternate US 93, SR 35, SR 40, SR 82, SR 83, SR 206, SR 209 and SR 424 all run through Flathead county.

The museum provides displays of the history of the Flathead valley through its through its exhibits of the early Valley settlers, early transportation, agriculture, recreation, communities, communication, the old steel bridge and the little red dress. The Bob Marshall Wilderness Exhibit of Western Indian culture has a rare collection of Native American artifacts depicting the the life and culture of the Indians of the Northwest. The Frank Bird Linderman exhibit includes collections accumulated by this famous Montana writer including a collection of Indian artifacts, sculptures, original paintings and photography. The Conrad Mansion museum in Kalispell, a structure built before 1900, has been preserved in perfect condition and the majority of the furnishings belonged to the original family.
