ABOUT THE AREA
Bound Brook has over 10K denizens. Queens Bridge passes over Raritan River in Bound Brook. The bridge is believed to have been built in 1761. The borough is remembered for a flood in the late 1890s. Colorful downtown district with many restaurants, cafes, boutiques and antique shops. Bound Brook is inundated with major routes. I-287 comes nearby while US Rt 22 and Routes 527, 28, 622, 607 and 525 pass through. The borough hall also houses the recreation dept and health department in addition to the borough hall and courthouse.
