Address is confusing - state directory has address for Franklin Township Court (mailing address here). Borough website has address in Millstone (street address here). Good chance there's a joint court held at the Franklin location (in Somerset - if it wasn't confusing enough already).

Millstone is the smallest municipality in Somerset County with just 410 residents in 0.8 square miles. But it has nearly 58 historic buildings and sites listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Charleston Spring Golf Club is less than a mile away from the Courthouse. The Courthouse is located on Rt 1 (also called Sweetmans Lane or Perrineville Rd). Perrineville Lake is just a few feet away from the Courthouse. Perrineville lies adjacent to Millstone borough.
