COMMENTS
SR 49 comes down from the North of Elgin to meet with SR 21, coming in from the East, before they both run together to the West.
ABOUT THE AREA
Elgin was founded around around 1910 although their were a few homes in the area before that including a sod house. The only place for outdoor recreation in Elgin is at the city park which has a basketball court, picnic benches, a pavilion and playground equipment.
