Hazelton is sometimes referred to as Pride of the Prairie. It's a quiet peaceful place. The city park extends a welcome to visitors and people traveling through with its RV camping facilities equipped with full hookups and its bathroom and shower facilities. The townspeople get to enjoy the playground area, tennis court, volleyball and basketball courts, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard area and covered picnic areas in this park.
