Twin Fall Magistrate court is located in the same building as the Twin Falls District Court and both courts are in Idaho's Fifth judicial district. You can get anywhere in the Northern part of Twin Falls county on US 30, US 93, US 93 Business Bypass and SR 74. US 93 93 will take you through the county to the Southern part of the county.

The town is named for the Shoshone falls which are just East of the City, on the Snake river, and are higher than Niagara falls. The city owns and operates the Shoshone Falls/Dierkes Lake complex which has playgrounds, hiking trails, landscaped picnic areas, a boat ramp, swimming area and a scenic overlook. In addition to this location the city has over 20 recreational parks and facilities. These include in addition the community swimming pool, parks with baseball and softball fields, tennis and basketball courts, a bandshell, playgrounds, picnic benches, grills and shelters. The College of Southern Idaho and its Fine Arts center are located in Twin Falls. The center consists of the Fine Arts auditorium, Fine Arts theatre, Fine Arts Recital hall and the Fine Arts atrium all open to the public, providing a cultural center for the city. These venues are the site of performances by such groups as Arts on Tour group, the Magic Valley symphony, the Magic Valley Youth Symphony, local dance studios, college theater, concert artists and speakers.
