This court holds hearings for violations committed throughout Wasatch county with the exception of those committed within the city limits of Heber City.

This town has a wonderful sense of community. One example is the The Heber Valley Community garden where residents can gather to grow local produce, flowers and friendships on land donated by Heber City and kept in working order by volunteers. If you want to see sheep dogs, particularly Border Collies, go through their paces plan on attending the Soldier Hollow Sheepdog Classic in late August of each year. There's also bagpipe music, great food, arts and crafts, animal activities and demonstrations and it all wraps up with the award of the Supreme Grand championship. Heber Valley Pow-Wow is held in nearby Midway come mid June. There's an opportunity here to see Native American dancers compete for prize money and look over the handmade Native American arts and crafts on display by authentic Native American vendors and sample delicious Native American foods. the Heber Valley Pow Wow, Swiss Days and the Soldier Hollow Sheepdog Classic.
