ABOUT THE AREA
Montville Township has a population of about 21,000. A prosperous town with quite a few pharmaceutical industries such as Berlex Labs in the region and also plenty of homey residential areas. The picturesque Lake Valhalla is quite close to the courthouse and is a tourist attraction. I-287 and I-80 pass through the township. Knoll West Country Club and Jersey City Reservoir are in the vicinity too.
