Castle Dale District Court is the district court of Emory county in the Seventh Judicial district of the state of Utah.
ABOUT THE AREA
The San Rafael Swell is located in Emery county. Visitors come to this area to take part in the recreational opportunities here such as summer hiking and winter snow shoeing and skiing. This area is known for its colorful mountain peaks and desert badlands where wild horses and wild burros still roam. The are also mesas and arches towering thousands of feet high and you might catch sight of the herds of Pronghorn Antelope. In addition the area is dotted with hundreds of Native American rock art panels and thousands of dinosaur fossils.
