One of the busiest courts in New York with a lot of speeding tickets and other traffic matters filling the docket in <strong>Wallkill Traffic Court</strong>. Note that this is different from the hamlet of Wallkill in Ulster County.<br><b>We've been told by three different lawyers that one of the judges will insist on jail time for speeds in excess of 92 mph.</b> Watch out!

I-84 and Route 17 cross in the town, so a lot of cars and trucks go whizzing through. They got some golf, some shopping. What more could you need?

Honorable Bob Freehill may have moved up to a higher Court. Current judges appear to both be named Owens.
