Parsippany has over 50K residents. The word Parsippany comes from the native Indian language. Supposed to be a nice place to live. Home to many industries and commercial businesses in addition to wonderful homey neighborhoods. Interestingly, about one-fourth of the town residents work in Parsippany itself. Lake Parsippany and Jersey City Reservoir are tourist attractions. US Routes 46, I-287 and I-80 serve the township. The township has excellent facilities for senior citizens.
