ABOUT THE AREA
Relatively quiet county, with I-81 running through north to south, from Syracuse to Binghamton. More than half the population is in the city of Cortland and the attached town of Cortlandville. We're not sure if those numbers include the students at Cortland State. Then there is the Town of Homer, which has the next largest, and Virgil too.
