ABOUT THE AREA
Pierce County is known for being the home for a live Volcano, Mt.Rainier. The fact that this county is the second most populous county in WA is enough to prove that it is not a killing, dangerous volcano. No cases registered against the volcano yet. :-)<br>
Tacoma is the seat of the county, as well as a busy port with Interstate-5 and Interstate-705 passing through the city.
