I-91 and I-691 generate a fair number of speeding tickets for the <strong>Meriden Traffic Court</strong>.<br>Back in 2003 this was the site for the famous Scruggs trial where a jury (with Judge Frazzini) convicted a woman for her son's suicide.

The city of Meriden is small to medium sized with roughly 60 thousand folks around. Meriden is connected to other cities through a railroad (Amtrak). Meriden was also the home of the late Hon. Joseph Bogdanski, a prominent jurist in the state.
