ABOUT THE AREA
Mountainside Borough lies by the side of Watchung Mountain Range and is home to nearly 8900 people. This small homey borough is mainly residential, though there are some home-grown businesses too. Lake Surprise in the Watchung Mountains is nearby. Other places of interest include Echo Lake Park, Echo Lake Country Club and Baltusrol Golf Club - the first two of which are a seven iron from the court.
