ABOUT THE AREA
Roselle has about 22,000 people, and is an enterprise zone and thus a famous shopping district due to low taxes. Routes 27, 28 and Garden State Parkway border the borough. Routes 610, 612, 619, 625 and 627 pass through the borough. Roselle borough is home to Roselle Golf Course (where else would it be?) and Wannanco Park. But it is most famous for being the first town to be lighted by Thomas Edison\'s electric light bulb in 1883. Some say that the place was already lit plenty.
