ABOUT THE AREA
Belleville Township is home to nearly 37,000 residents living in about 3.4 square miles. Routes 7, 645, County Rt 506 and NJ Route 21 pass through the township. Garden State Parkway is nearby too. Belleville Ave is the major thoroughfare through the township and houses many commercial establishments. Clara Maass Medical Center is in Belleville. Other attractions include Belleville Park, Hendricks Field Golf Club etc. Belleville prides in calling itself the Cherry Blossom Capital of America - though we think this has nothing to do with the virginity of the residents.
