Kathryn Breslauer is Administrator. Fred Semrau is the township attorney, he can be reached at 383-4280 extension 223. There is also a much smaller Boro of Andover, which has its own court.
ABOUT THE AREA
Andover township is home to nearly 6500 residents. New Wawayanda Lake, Twin Lakes and Lake Lenape are all in Andover. Kittatinny Valley State Park and Bear Brook Golf Course are in Andover too. US Rt 206 and Routes 519, 603 and 618 are amongst the major routes in the township. The Municipal Court is located in Newton which is about a mile away from Andover township. The scenic Lake Lift is walking distance from the Municipal Court.
