ABOUT THE AREA
Green Township has about 3500 residents. Tranquility, Huntsville, Greendell, and Yellow Frame are sections within the township. Tranquility is home to Lake Tranquility. Cranberry Lake and Allamuchy State Park are in the neighboring townships. Routes 517, 603 and 611 pass through the township. I-94, US Rt 206 and I-80 are all nearby.
