Daniel Young is the Township Attorney. Official name appears to be the <i>Township of Upper</i>. There have just gotta be some amphetamine cases in the <strong>Upper Municipal Court</strong>.
ABOUT THE AREA
Upper Township is a beautiful beach community in Cape May county, NJ and is spread over the upper one-third part of the county. It is home to nearly 12,500 people. Upper has 3 sections - Marmora, Strathmere nad Tuckahoe. Marmora is home to BL England Golf Course, Strathmere houses Corsons Inlet State Park while Tuckahoe is home to Tuckahoe River Island, Lake Tuckahoe and MacNamara Wildlife Area. Belleplain State Forest is nearby too. US Route 9 and Garden State Parkway traverse the township.
