ABOUT THE AREA
Tolland County is home to the famous UCONN or the University of Connecticut, a well-recognized school in the United States. The basketball teams are said to be better than Yale. Tuition may be a bit lower too. Tolland is a small county and the city of Vernon is known for the rich mill history.
