ABOUT THE AREA
Waterbury is a relatively big city for the state and was once the brass capital of the world, so as you can imagine, a lot of brassware was produced here. Today it is a scenic city located in the middle of the valley and surrounded by the Naugatuck River. It is also a modern city with a lot of shopping malls, museums and a downtown culture. And of course, plenty of golf courses, parks, and cemeteries.
