ABOUT THE AREA
Berkeley Township has about 41,000 residents. Garden State Parkway, US Rt 9 and Route 37 pass through the township. Berkeley has 4 sections - Holiday City Berkeley, Holiday City South, Holiday Heights and Silver Ridge. Winding River Park and Ocean County Mall are nearby. The township gets a heavy influx of tourists all year round. Crossley Preserve is possibly the biggest attraction.
