This traffic court for Great Barrington and Stockbridge may get some business from the Mass Turnpike.

Every year in the Great Barrington area there are several cultural events to attend. The Aston Magna festival is one such event where workshops, lectures, and performances are given in regards to music. Historical instruments are demonstrated and workshops are given for instruction. Another organization that puts on events is the Barrington Stage Company. The organization was created in 1994 and every year puts on plays for the area. There is also the Arlo Guthrie Center which celebrates the life of this musician and discusses his songs and the meaning behind them. There is also the Berkshire Bach Society that puts on performances concerning classical music.
